It’s a brand new month and we’re very excited to announce the upgrade to 4K projection and 7.1 surround sound in Screen 2. This marks the beginning of a year of investment into our cinema screens and bars which will include further 4K projection and 7.1 sound installation in our historic Screen 1, improved seating and comfort in Screens 1, 2 and 4, and refurbishment of our Cafébar, Mezz Bar and toilets.
Our new 4K projection will be nestled in alongside our existing (VIP autograph-laden) 35mm projectors and will ensure that Broadway can continue to create a lifelong love of film throughout Nottingham by showcasing the best independent cinema experience at an accessible price for all, in any format.
We plan on celebrating the launch of 4K at Broadway with some special one-off screenings over the coming months, so please keep checking the website and our brochure for further information about upcoming 4K events.
